  1. Fill out\u00a0RMA Form.<\/a><\/li>
  2. Send the completed form to <\/span>returns@thinkwater.com<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>
  3. The return request will be evaluated by our technical support staff.<\/span><\/li>
  4. Wait for the return approval to be transmitted via email.<\/span><\/li>
  5. Print the approved RMA form.<\/span>.<\/li>
  6. Prepare the return material. Empty all water from the products and seal the outlets.<\/span><\/li>
  7. Attach the DDT and approved RMA form to the outside of the box<\/span>.<\/li>
  8. Ship the goods to<\/span>: think:water srl, via delle Pezze 35, 35013 Cittadella (PD) Italia<\/strong>.<\/li>
  9. Once the return has arrived at our headquarters, it will be examined by qualified personnel.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
