1. Fill out RMA Form.
2. Send the completed form to returns@thinkwater.com.
3. The return request will be evaluated by our technical support staff.
4. Wait for the return approval to be transmitted via email.
5. Print the approved RMA form..
6. Prepare the return material. Empty all water from the products and seal the outlets.
7. Attach the DDT and approved RMA form to the outside of the box.
8. Ship the goods to: think:water srl, via delle Pezze 35, 35013 Cittadella (PD) Italia.
9. Once the return has arrived at our headquarters, it will be examined by qualified personnel.
