1. Fill in the RMA form
2. Send the completed form to resi@thinkwater.com
3. The return request will be evaluated by our service technician.
4. Wait for the approval that will be sent by e-mail.
5. Print the approved RMA form.
6. Prepare the return material. Drain all water inside the products and plug.
7. Attach Delivery Note and the approved RMA form to the box.
8. Send the goods to: think:water srl, via delle Pezze 35, 35013 Cittadella (PD) Italy.
9. Once the return material has arrived at our office it will be examined by qualified personnel.
